Our normal MX redirect service will not work with Verio, XO or SBC POP3 Mailhosting. These companies mail servers require their own MX records to be the primary MX record or their mail servers will not accept mail for the domain.

AppRiver offers advanced mail hosting to get around this issue. The customer should continue their normal webhosting with these companies.
