Qwest DNS Support Info
Dealing with Qwest to get your MX records changed if they are hosting your DNS has proven to be a challenge for most of our customers that use them. They prefer you put the request in via their website located at:
https://qwestsource.net
This site will ask you for an Account ID and a User name and password.
If you do not have a user name and password you can call them at 877-726-6875.
Chances are making the changes to the web interface will never take place because it is a manual process on their backoffice system. However the web based interface will assign you a support ticket which you can call them with after a 24 hour period and they can make the changes over the phone. The number to call for manual changes is 800-672-8520 option 2 - then option 2 again.
Tell them you have a support ticket for a DNS change and ask them to do it manually.
