How do I reset my password?

Click the Forgot your password link on the Identity Verification page to change your password.

You will be redirected to a Password Reset page in your Web browser. [Note that a Password Reset message has been sent to your email address (yourname@company.com)].

When you receive the e-mail message in your inbox or junk folder, open the message and click the link to reset your password. (If the link is not selected immediately, it will expire in 2 hours for security purposes).

Once the password has been reset, you will be able to sign in with your new password.
