For users running Outlook 2007, there is a new security measure - PRF files can only be imported using the /importPRF switch.

1. Within Shoreline, select Outlook Settings and go to Open Configuration File. (Note that if you are an administrator, please go to Users > Username > Settings > Outlook for this file.)
2. Right-click the PRF link and save the file to your computer in an easy-to-find location, i.e., C:\. Basically, click your Local Disk while in My Computer (XP) or Computer (Vista).
3. Go to Start > Run, and then enter outlook.exe /importPRF path_to_the_prf_file.

Example: OUTLOOK.exe /importPRF C:\exchange.prf

Note: If the above procedure does not work, enter the entire path to Outlook.exe.
